How much does a web site cost? 
We have very reasonable prices and believe that any small business should be able to afford their own web site.  There are quite a few factors that are going to affect the ultimate cost of your web site. These factors include how many pages you are going to have, if you will sell products on your website, the graphic work involved, and how interactive your future web site will be. In addition to the cost of the web site design, You will also need web hosting and domain name registration.  I can help you choose a domain name and web site hosting.

Where are you located? 
We are located in Wrexham, North Wales.  However by using the Internet, email and the telephone, it is possible to communicate effectively with clients in any location. 

How long does it take to have a web site designed?
The time frame is determined by the size of your web site, the complexity of your site design, and how long it takes you to gather and organise the content for your web site.  Once we have received all of the content, I can normally have a web site ready to go "live" within a week! 

Can we update our own web site or do you have to do it?
We can do the web site updates for you, or you can choose to do your own.  If I know in advance that you would like to be able to maintain certain areas of your web site, such as an employment opportunities page, I can insert a special component that will allow you to update the page from your Internet browser.  You will not need to use specialty software like FrontPage or Dreamweaver to update your pages.  I can create every page so that you can update them yourself, or I can set up certain ones that you request. 

What is a URL? 
It stands for "universal resource locator." This is the address typed in to view your web page on the Internet. For example, you would type in http://www.kelmar-group.co.uk to access our home page.  If you do not already have a domain name registered, we can help you through the process.  we can have you register the name yourself so that you receive all future renewal notices.

What is web hosting? 
Web hosting is a monthly or annual fee that you pay to have your site accessible on the Internet. We can help you choose an affordable host that meets your needs.  The web host that is chosen also determines what type of web statistics are available to you.  

What is site maintenance? 
Maintenance is a fee paid monthly to keep your site updated with new content that you provide. Most good web sites have new content updated regularly. Fresh content is what will keep your visitors coming back.  We can set you up on an hourly rate or a monthly rate depending on your needs.
